TARO with other important stakeholders in Tanzania arts and cultural sector at the Residence of the Royal Norwegian Embassador (Her excellency Hon. Elisabeth Jacobsen🇧🇻) -Dar es salaam, brainstorming on how to improve the sector in connection with human rights.
